Sophia Miacova is living life #LikeABoss. With millions of followers and a bodacious body to boot, it’s easy to see why this former model took social media by storm. We caught up with her to talk delicious eats, stellar beats and how she stays on point.

Q: So you are kind of a big deal online (let’s face it kind of is a total understatement), how did you get into this industry?

A: Well, social media has been very good to me. I was able to gain a following through early videos on various platforms, which transferred to my Instagram! The following has given me so many opportunites in the modeling world and i am forever grateful! 


Q: Your body is crazy ah-mazing, how do you keep it that way?

 A: Thank you! It's definitely been a journey to develop my body. I workout 5 days a week. My favorite workouts include weight training (mostly free-weights). I do cardio through outdoor activities. Some of my favorites are running on the beach and California canyons. 


Q: If we were to open your fridge right now, what would we find?

A: You would find every color of the rainbow in my fridge! I have just about every fruit in my drawer there is to have. I also have fresh lettuce in a bowl at all times to whip up salads. Cold pressed juices are also stacked in my fridge. However, you won't find any meat or dairy products. I'm transitioning to become a Vegan. So, by the time you're reading this, i'll be a full blown Vegan.


Q: So for those of us that count down the seconds to the next cheat meal, how do you stay motivated to keep healthy?

A: My motivation comes from my 'gains'. I can honestly say that the benefits of working out are somewhat addicting. The body's ability to mold is amazing. With every healthy meal, I feel the development of my body. Eventually, i started to look at cheat meals as an inhibitor to my growth. They're not as tempting anymore. In fact, when i see people eating bad, it motivates me to lead by example. 


Q: What are you listening to right now?

A: I'm a bit of an old soul when it comes to music. Okay, let's face it, I live for the 70's. I love Eric Clapton's 'Layla' for my warmup routines. I also love all things Trap. A favorite song at the moment is 'Virus' by Martin Garrix. 


Q: We see that you are a huge animal lover. Tell us a little bit about the Save The African Rhino organization that you are currently involved with. How can we get involved?                                  

A: Every month, I dedicate my link in my biography on Instagram to an animal foundation fund. This happens to be this month's pick. I am a huge animal advocate, this is part of the reason i am becoming Vegan. I feel such an urgency to bring awareness and a duty as a human to protect what is dear to my heart. I'm very excited for the future and to be able to use my platform to help countless animals in need. We can all benefit from being educated in this overlooked field. It's time to shed light on the horrors of our World, rather than turn a blind eye. It can only make us better people in the end.
