If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund you for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as indicated. In-store purchases must be returned in-store. Policies regarding returns for our VIP Sale can be found here.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached, in a returnable condition
- The following accessories cannot be returned due to sanitary purposes: underwear, head wear, towels, yoga mats, socks and water bottles
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not refundable, exchangeable, eligible for price adjustments nor eligible for store credit. Promotional discounts may make an item final sale, see specific promo disclaimer or contact us directly for details.
Please note: Shipping an item without consulting customer service will not guarantee a refund or store credit & you risk additional charges as the item(s) may be returned to you at your expense. To avoid additional charges, it is mandatory that you consult with customer service before returning merchandise.
So, you meet the Return Criteria? Excellent. Here’s how to process your online return:
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number & item(s) you wish to return.
- Within 48 hours you will be emailed a return form and printable return label.
- Carefully repackage all merchandise with completed return form into secure packaging of your choice.
- Adhere the return label to the box and remove previous shipping label to avoid confusion
- Stop into your nearest UPS or Fedex location depending on the label provided and drop off return.
- Your part is done! Once we receive & process the return, you will receive a notification e-mail.
Titika does not offer exchanges for online orders at this time.

In-Store Return (Canada Only)
- If your return or exchange meets the requirements listed above, you may bring your merchandise to any of our stores to process.
- You MUST bring your order form, valid identification and exact same original payment method along with the merchandise.
We're happy to issue a one-time only price adjustment for an item if it goes on permanent markdown within 14 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. Price adjustments will not be accommodated for any items that are a part of our Flash Sale Fridays or short term weekend sales. Price adjustments will not be made for final sale items or previously discounted items and are not available for orders purchased during the VIP promotional event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we have received your package and confirm that it meets the Return Criteria, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address used when placing the original transaction.
Please note that we will process refunds in the exact form as used to make the purchase. So, if you purchased the order on your Credit Card, we will return the funds to that same Credit Card used at the time of purchase. Your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account.
