Once an order has left TITIKA's warehouse and the delivery's tracking number begins to show progress, TITIKA is no longer responsible for the package as it is in the hands of the courier. TITIKA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders, or any damages that may occur during delivery. For failed deliveries that are not picked up and sent back to our warehouse, TITIKA will cancel the order and refund the purchase excluding any applicable shipping costs. TITIKA cannot be held responsible for delivery attempts, failed deliveries or any other issues with the courier.
